Our special recipe... FILLET STEAK WITH MUSTARD AND STEWED RADICCHIO

Preparation:

Here are the steps to follow:
  • Brown the fillet steak on a knob of butter and sage with a pinch of salt

  • Add half spoon of mustard

  • When the mustard gets grainy add lemon juice and white wine

  • Roast for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is ready

  • Now spray the fillet steak with cognac and let it evaporate

  • When the cognac is evaporated the fillet steak is ready

  • Add some cooking cream to the sauce and serve
